What about after-sales service?
We provide operation guide videos and online support, assist with machine commissioning, and train your personnel on machine installation, operation, and maintenance. If necessary, we can also dispatch technical personnel to your facility for on-site support. The costs associated with this trip, such as airfare, visas, accommodation, and labor costs, will be borne by you. What is the warranty period?
The warranty period for the entire machine, major equipment, accessories, and auxiliary equipment is 1 year.
How about your packing?
Professional export package, wooden case.
What is the delivery time?
Generally if we have stock, we will deliver the machine in one week. If it need custom made, the lead time will be around 20-50 days which depends on the real situation.
How do you ensure the machine operates properly?
Before delivery, we will test and commission all machines to ensure they are in good condition and record videos for your inspection.
